

Cremona Travel Information
Cremona is a city and commune in northern Italy. Situated in Lombardy at the left bank of Po River and in the middle of Pianura Padana. It is capital of province of Cremona and the seat of the local city and province government. Cremona is especially famous for its musical history and traditions, including some of the earliest and most renowned luthiers, such as Guarneri and Stradivari. Cremona first entry in history has been defined by the 400 B.C. when Lombard’s invaded much half of Italy in 6th century then Cremona was standing strongly in the region.
There are a number of sights which can be seen by the visitors who are arriving Cremona. For the purpose of recreation some sights for visitors are San Michele, San Luca, San Sigismondo, Sant’Agostino, and Sant’Agata. Some of the buildings there are Palazzo Cittanova, Palazzo Fodri, Palazzo Comunale, and Teatro Ponchielli.
